'Alex' project

Private house with swimming pool and a big garden.

The house was bought already with constructed walls, however, we had to change all the floor planning in order to make house space work the way our clients have imagined it.

Moreover, with our engineers we designed technically complex staircase, which leads to the rooftop floor. This way we added 100 square meters of space in the house.

The project is now in progress.
